What can you use the app for?

BlueCamroo offers its users a wealth of features that cover CRM, social CRM, billing, projects and email marketing related tasks. The application helps users manage leads effectively, with online lead capture tools and social lead networks that work through Twitter. The application also allows users to store contact information to provide a better experience for clients and potential clients. Users can add notes, proposals and documents to leads. Users can also track tasks, emails and phone calls and include the products and quotes they are going to suggest to the lead. This allows the user to communicate with the potential lead, fully armed with all the information they might need to close the deal. Users can also track their sales pipeline to see how leads are converting. Project management features include time tracking. User can export time sheets and quickly analyze time related reports. The Campaign Manager allows the user to automate follow up messages to leads through a form that is filled out by staff members. BlueCamroo enables the user to target specific subscribers based on their interests, which is learned through newsletter activity.

BlueCamroo was founded in 2008. The application offers project management, CRM and many other tools to its professional users. The company is based in Concord, Ontario and includes CEO Tomek Maszkiewicz, CTO Dugan Zhang and CMSO Paul Clark. How does the web app look and feel to use?

The BlueCamroo website has a very unique, elegant design that helps it stand out among other similar applications. The blue and brown log features a fun font above a stylized blue camel drawing. The camel is found throughout the site, and gives each page a refreshing appearance. White links span the dark blue header at the top of the page while hints of vibrant green are seen through buttons and links.

How does the registration process work?

A new user can register for a BlueCamroo account by clicking the green “Pricing and Sign Up” button along the right hand side. A similar white link is also found at the top, center of the homepage (inside the blue header). The user must choose their preferred plan by clicking the corresponding green button at the bottom of the plan column. After doing so, the user is asked to provide a first and last name, email address, company name, country location and time zone. The second portion of the form asks the user to choose a BlueCamroo domain name and select the number of users required. The last portion of the form asks the user for their billing details.

What does it cost to use the application?

BlueCamroo provides its user with four membership options to choose from. The first is the Single User account, which costs around $25 per month and includes up to five external users, 3,000 leads, 3,000 accounts, 12,000 contacts and 2 GBs of storage space. The 3 User account costs around $60 per month and includes up to 8,000 leads, 8,000 accounts, 32,000 contacts and 5 GBs of storage space. The 6 User account costs around $100 per month and includes up to 15,000 leads, 15,000 accounts, 60,000 contacts and 9 GBs of storage space. The 10 Users account costs around $150 per month and includes up to 20,000 leads, 20,000 accounts, 80,000 contacts and 14 GBs of storage space.

BlueCamroo is aimed at companies that want to organize their leads and work more efficiently. The application offers a number of helpful tools that can assist team members in many tasks. Companies can also choose between one, three, six and 10 user options, giving them more flexibility when buying for a smaller team.
